CF7 displaying off page – desktop and mobile

  • Hi there, after the last plugin updates, the CF7 form input fields and titles are displaying off the pages. This happens on desktop and mobile. I test all plugins first on a clone site – the link I provided is a clone site I have installed plugins on.

    Please can you assist? Otherwise….I have been using CF7 for almost 6 years now – amazing plugin with no problems.

    I found this style rule:

    .elementor-14 .elementor-element.elementor-element-649006d .eael-contact-form-7 .wpcf7-form-control.wpcf7-textarea {
  width: 1200px;
}

    width: 1200px; is obviously too large.

    Hi Takayuki,

    This does not fix the problem, yes the width is too large.  Take a look at the contact form in mobile responsive form.  The whole title runs off the page.  Another thing I noticed is that the hamburger menu does not display in mobile responsive view….the moment I deactivate the CF7 plugin, it displays.  

    Same with my other website……the hamburger menus do not display in mobile responsive form and CF7 forms run off the page.

    Would this mean an incompatibility with the page builders after the last update? I’m using elementor with both websites.  Elementor and CF7 have been compatible for about 6 years now on my websites.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo and Wordfence, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Have already deactivated one plugin at a time, switched to default theme, and seems the problem is contact form 7. Is there a way I can roll back to a previous version of the plugin?
