What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Here are all the plugins. Theme is Divi. This issue started occurring late last week, but no new plugins were added in that timeframe.

Also, just last night (1am-6:15am EST) I received 5 spam form fills. We NEVER get that many. Not sure if there’s a connection to something not properly set up or if there’s a backend issue with the plugin that’s not registering Recaptcha and Constant Contact integrations.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I created a staging site to test the plugins without affecting our normal site. I cleared all the cache data and switched one plugin on at a time. The error occurred only when the Constant Contact Forms for WordPress plugin was activated.

After disabling the plugin, I reset my API Integration within the CF7 plugin. After clearing the cache and retesting, I’m getting the same “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”.
