    Hello and thank you for your help,

    I wanna use CF7 conditionnal fields but it seems there is a conflict with the template used by the wordpress site. I think it’s a jQuery problem but not sure.

    I’m really lost. Could someone help me?

    Hi, the error seems to appear on all your pages, regardless of the conditional fields plugin. Your best bet would be to contact the theme author.
