CF7 changes in UPCP_Product_Inquiry_Form.php file don't show up

    Hi

    I wanted to change the fields on the Contact Form 7 form which shows up on my tabbed product page.

    Therefore i edited the Functions/UPCP_Product_Inquiry_Form.php file and edited the labels ( content after after $post = array )

    However when i replaced the modified php file, there are no changes on my contact form. I tried different browsers but no luck.

    What am i doing wrong here?

    Hi Thomy,

    That file only calls for the form from CF7, so there’s not many changes that you could make to it that would show up on the front-end. You’d want to edit the contact form plugin, not the catalogue.

    Hi,

    Ok i thought that the contact form that is displayed is generated through that php-file (because i saw the code for the contact form labels there as well as what goes into the mail once the form is sent).

    Where is the actual code then that renders whats visible inside the form and what goes into the mail?

    Oh my bad sorry ??

    I found that a contact form was created which i can edit. I thougth that there is no contact form and that i had to edit the php-file instead (the php-file is used to generate the CF7 form during plugin installation i think).
