CF7 – CFDB Files Incomplete or Corrupted

I am using Contact Form 7 and Contact Form DB.

I will try and explain in steps what is going on.

1) User upload files from my website – Contact Form 7.
2) I get email saying a file has been uploaded.
3) I go in Contact Form DB and select the contact form the file was sent to.
4) Click on the File Link that was uploaded.
5) The file starts to download.
6) I try to open the file downloaded once its done.
7) The File is unable to open and the file is smaller than the original file. (example: 30mb file is uploaded — 24-15mb same file is downloaded.)

NOTE: I have tried download the same file multiple times and I it has downloaded in multiple different sizes.

I have tried searching in the support forum and I have not found a solution to this.

Please help or point me in the right direction if there is already a solution to this.
