I have inspected the form at the link provided. Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

I have a total unrelated concern/question if you can jsut help a little.

You bought Covertplug & you were facing button related issues with Avada theme right??

I am big time stuck there & just needed to know if you were able to do something with that!!
