CF7 access user list – update

I was wondering if it was possible to have CF7 write to my user list.

Here is my end game. I create a form in CF7 called “Membership Renewal”. In this form, it has Name, Phone, Email, Address. This form is hidden behind a login page. So for someone to access this form, they have to log into the site.

Once they are logged in, they go to the form to renew, and CF7 accesses the user list and pulls the information from the user list to populate the form. The user can then check to make sure it is correct, or they can fix it. Once the data is correct, they hit “submit” and the email is sent to me for records, and the user data is updated from the CF7 form.

I am willing to give up pulling the information from the user list, and just have the form overwrite the user data when they register (forces the user to make sure the data is up to date).
