CF7 reCaptcha V3 no longer working

Hello,
recently the CF7 has stopped working on one of my sites. It always marks the contact form submission as spam (orange border).

A deepper investiagtion with Flamingo revealed that the cause is the reCaptcha with the message ‘reCaptcha response token empty’.

Is there any solution for this? It has always been working fine before. No new plugins have been installed.
