Certificates (from Widget) Formatting Issue upon viewing

    Hello there,

    Firstly, thank you so much for this plugin, and all of your really helpful LearnDash-related videos. It’s all really helped me put together a snazzy learning platform.

    With the certificate widget that allows users to see a list of the certificates they’ve earned, when you click the certificate and it opens in a new tab, the formatting is completely out.

    I have checked the certificates work ok when accessing them normally after a quiz (you can check here, hopefully: https://www.counsellingcpd.org/quizzes/test-quiz/).

    Any ideas about how to remedy this?

    Just to add, I’ve tried logging in as another user, and in the widget I can see the certificate for a course I haven’t earned the certificate for yet. When clicking the link, it takes me to a a page that says:
    “Access to certificate page is disallowed.”

    Hi Megan,

    The access issue normally occurs when the user isn’t signed in and tries to access the certificate. That and the issue with an unearned certificate being seen suggest that maybe there’s a caching issue somewhere. Both of these issues aren’t things we’ve had reported by other users, so it’s unfortunately likely site-specific.

    As for the layout working when accessed from the quiz but not afterwards (and no, I couldn’t access certificates because of the permissions issue on your site without having a user account), we would have to see the code you’re using to populate the certificate. Again, the layout problem isn’t an issue we’ve seen elsewhere.
