    Performance issue and error for REST API and loopback due to Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed) and schedule event to run late – action_scheduler_run_queue

    Traced back to this plug-in and due to sslverify set to false.
