I have Namaste Pro and PDF Bridge setup with my first certificate. When I try to PREVIEW the certificate by clicking the PREVIEW button under the certificate name, it generates a .pdf of my homepage, and not the certificate.

    Any help or recommendations?

    Thanks.

Note— Its not just the preview. After completing the course, the certificate was generated, but is my website homepage in pdf format.

None of the certificate information or background image is present in the certificate pdf.

I can’t reproduce this problem. Probably another plugin interferes and modifies the GET variables.

You are correct. I deactivated all other plugins not directly associated with Namaste and found the Page Builder by Site Origin plugin to be the culprit.

Do I have any options other than discontinuing the Page Builder plugin?

This question is better asked to them as I don’t know what they are doing with the GET variables. Maybe there is a way to avoid this by configuration in that plugin.

Thanks, sir. I will give that a whirl and see where it gets me.
