Certificate Image and PDF API Problem

    Hello,

    i have an internal WordPress Webpage (Intranet) and need Quiz Maker to create small Quizes with an Certificate at the end. I am trying to set an custom background for certificate with company logo and so on.

    WordPress 6.3 – newest Quizmaker Version

    First i tried to set background in jpeg and png – tried many different types – nothing worked. I got only a black certificate with the text. All integrated Frames are working.

    Second i tried to insert an image in the Text of the Certificate it is also not shown in certificate an split it over 2 pages in the pdf (but no images – nevertheless how big the image is)

    third i tried to install the pdf api plugin (like recommended in Quiz Maker) – after Install i cant open any certificate it says there was an error.

    All permissions on server are 755

    How to set my own images for certficate? Please help
