Certificate error

    Good morning, dear friends,

    Thank you very much for your support, I am reaching to you because I have a serious error in the visualization of the certificates of my courses. Once the course is finished, it gives me the option to see the certificate, but when I enter the certificate page, it comes out without the format of my page and I can not see the certificate, nor can I download or print it, it remains as if it was loading eternally.

    What can I do, why does this error occur?
