Certificate Does Not Send

    Hello,

    I set up a quiz on my website and included Gmail as my SMTP server with appropriate credentials, and when I complete a quiz, I do not receive the expected training certificate.

    Is there a log file available I can review to troubleshoot this? Or are there troubleshooting steps that you suggest? Thank you.
