    The certificate is not attaching to the email (or being generated during the preview step). This had worked up until the last few days. I have no security plugin enable or caching plugin. Can you help?

    Please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.
    The latest update of the plugin is the 21.7.9.100 version.

    If you are using an older version, please update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.

    You can make a?DB backup?before installing the?zip?file for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).

    Also, please let us know whether you have the PDF API addon installed or not.
    If not, please install it and check the case again.
