[NSFW] Certain Variables are not showing on the Shop Page on Facebook

Hi @vineshd

I understand that on the Shop page some products are only showing the Parent product but not the variables, though in the Catalogue all are showing correctly.

I checked quite a few products but didn’t come across one that exhibits this behavior. Can you please check on a different computer or device?

If the same behavior is noticed, then can you please share here the URL of one such product, so we can check on our end?

In your response, please include a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you make sure the “Sync and Show” option is checked in the variations?

Would you please confirm that these are not being excluded on the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync tab – either by product or category? Also, would you try forcing a product sync on that page as well to see if they are simply waiting to sync?

Thank you for the response.

Yes, all products have been set to “Sync and Show”. I have also forced Product sync twice now with no success. Certain products are showing variables and others are not. Not sure what could be the issue here.

I understand that forcing product sync didn’t help to solve the issue.

As a next step, could you please try deleting and resetting your products from the Facebook catalog?

Sometimes deleting all the products from the Facebook Catalog and letting things sync again could help solve strange issues.

You can do this by adding the code snippet found here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/

You can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add this snippet without having to edit your PHP code.

Once you do this, check if the issue persists.

Thanks for your patience while we move forward with troubleshooting.

Can you go to the Disc Rotor Bolts Titanium product and update the product admin page without making changes? Simply click the Update button.

Also, ensure that this product is syncing and it’s properly connected to Facebook. Then, run again product sync function in the Facebook for WooCommerce settings.

If you notice that nothing changes, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

You may need to log into your WooCommerce.com account before you can access that page.

Also, don’t forget to include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. We’ll be happy to assist you further from there.
