Certain UTM tracking paramaters at end of custom URL seem to break download

The UTM should function as expected and not cause any issues. Can you confirm if the download was created within the specified subdomain, thecircle.founderscircle.com?

Hi Razvan — happy to share the log! Can you direct me as to whether there is an in-plugin report I can access, or if you mean something more general (and a guide for how to get at it in either case). Thank you!

I don’t know if there is a plugin that handles this, to be honest, in general we recommend users to talk to the host and ask for the PHP error log, as it is safer this way and the host would know what to offer.
