Certain pages appear with terrible fonts

Hello. After installing the plugin some of my pages began appearing like this:

I cleared cache but the problem persists. It appears in Chrome and Firefox PC browser – not on Safari for Mac. To be honest, it comes and goes. It also appears in some of my OLD pages in the website. Could it be that the Cache clearing hasn’t reached them?
My theme support told me:
“The issue appears to be caused by multibyte encoding. I checked theme code and not found any problem (the theme is using wordpress’s native function for data rendering). It may from cache plugin or database collation. Please contact the plugin developer for this issue.”
Can you help?
