I am running Adminimize (1.10.6) with WooCommerce on a multisite and I have unchecked the following under the roles of Shop Manager for one of the subsites:
    Appearance Group(themes.php)
    — Themes (Slug: themes.php)[__5]
    — Customize (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__6]
    — Widgets (Slug: widgets.php)[__7]
    — Menus (Slug: nav-menus.php)[__10]
    — Header (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__15]
    — Background (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__20]
    — Custom CSS (Slug: simple-custom-css.php)[__21]
    — Oceanic Premium (Slug: premium_upgrade)[__22]
    — Header (Slug: custom-header)[__23]
    — Background (Slug: custom-background)[__24]

The problem is that the Shop Managers for that subsite still dont have these items available to them on their Dashboard. Is there a way around this?

Okay, so I have solved part of this issue. Although the shop manager role can now see these, they still don’t have access to the woocommerce options in the appearance/menu area. Any fixes?

If the role have not the access to this items, than is it a topic of the capabilities of this role. You an change the capabilities of the role with the help of the plugin Members. Adminimize don’t change roles, capabilities, it hide only areas in depends of the role.
