    Hi,

    Ever since the recent update, some of my items are showing up as having “issues” on Facebook, but some items are ok.

    I have already contacted Facebook representative, but they couldn’t find anything wrong on their end, or anything wrong with my product.

    I noticed that the items that are having problems all belong to 2 categories, namely hair accessories and brooches. They are newer categories in my store. New products in other categories have no issues at all. I have not excluded any items or categories from the plugin settings.

    This is the wording on Facebook:
    People can’t buy this item
    Fix issues with this item’s information or settings. Issues may appear for up to 30 minutes after you’ve fixed them.
    Archived
    You’ve chosen to archive this item in your catalog. If you want people to see this item, make it active.

    I have definitely not chosen to achieve the items. Also, there is no way to “make it active” on Facebook because the items are uploaded using this plugin.

    Sorry for wasting everyone’s time, I wish I could delete this post.

    As it turns out, the reason for the issue was that certain items are marked as “sync and hide” in woocommerce. I have no idea as to why that option was chosen for certain products, but I have corrected the problem by changing the preference to “sync and show”.
