    Yes, I just registered this domain and fresh wordpress install. I do have the following plugins:

    BPS security
    Cloudflare plugin
    Membership
    Wordfence
    My calendar

    I did open a ticket with my host to see if they can approve self signed certs. Looking at another domain that I host via SSL has the same cert mismatch issue.
