    I renewed the certificate some time ago. The site is showing as unsecure can you please help me to understand this please?

    Hi
    You must download the generated SSL certificate files and install them on your cPanel if you are using free version. Whereas this process is fully automatic if you are using Pro version.

    Thanks, that is really odd as I went through the process to install the three components on the c-panel. I will try again.
