Cerber prevent Ezoic from pushing ads to me

Hi,

I’m working with Ezoic (Google ads partner). They push ads from their network to me.
After activating Cerber, I found on the traffic inspector the following lines marked as Malicious request denied and the IP was blocked:

Why this URL is blocked and how to allow it (the word detroitchicago in the URL is changed so I can’t catch a regex to allow)?
