• Hi there,

It appears that Cerber does not allow FoxyShop plugin to operate correctly.

Their developer said: “If you’re able to block Cerber from attempting to assist with any FoxyCart ‘add to cart’ forms, that should work. It appears Cerber may be adding custom inputs to all of the forms on your website (including FoxyCart’s).”

So, is there any way to block Cerber from interfering with my FoxyCart forms or plugin?

    Thank you

    Hi!

    Yes, there is a way.

    1. Ask the FoxyCart developer to get you a query string parameter that is being used by the FoxyCart plugin when a user add item in the cart. The parameter must remain the same for all “Add to cart” requests.
    2. Add this parameter to the Query whitelist setting field in the Adjust antispam engine section on the Antispam admin page.

    Hi Gioni,

    Unfortunately, it did not work.

FoxyShop said: Sure thing! All FoxyCart add to cart requests will include an “xxxxx” attribute – the value will be different for each customers session, but that attribute name should be unique to just your FoxyCart add to carts.

so I added ” xxxxx ” to the query whitelist in the antispam area. The cart still throws errors. I cleared all cache too.
