Centre Recent post and show summary instead of numbers

  • Hi

    I can’t seem to figure out how to centre the text “Recent Post” and do anyone know if i can edit the text, so instead of Recent Post it could be Latest News?

    Also i would like to know, how i get it to show a short summary of the newest post, instead of 309.
