Centre Menu Options on menu container and cover whole page

    I am testing this menu on the mentioned site.

    Three questions:

    1. How do I centre the menu options on the container?
    2. How can I get the container to cover the whole page using a percentage option? At the moment I have it set as 2500 px.
    3. How go I set the background as a partial see through so the site page can be partially seen?
