• When I hit the save button at the bottom, all my selections disappear and go back to blank boxes.
I am using GeneratePress theme 2.4.0 & GP Premium 1.9.0, and Elementor 1.1.4, and
    Central Color Palette 1.14
Have disabled Elementors Default Colors and Fonts
Have checked boxes “Integrate with Elementor” & “Integrate with GeneratPress Premium” and “Add transparent colors to GeneratePress Premium” and set some colors in Palette. As soon as I hit save at the bottom, all selections I checked go blank and Palette goes back to empty.
This is happening on my existing website and a brand new one I am starting. (Both using same GeneratePress Premium theme and Elementor)
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,
I can’t access the link you’ve send me since I don’t have an account on your site. All I can say from afar is that something is interrupting the saving process of my plugin.

    Of the cuff I suggest:

    • Another way is to disable all plugins except mine and test if the palette gets saved. That way you know if my plugin saves the palette at all and is interrupted my another plugin.
    • Enable them again one after the other and see if the palette gets saved or not. That way you find out what plugin is causing trouble.
    • Turn on WordPress’ debug mode, add a colour to the palette, hit save and see if there’re error messages showing up. These messages should include the script in which they occur and so they can hint towards a faulty plugin or theme.

Let me know if that helped.

Disabled all other plugins. Central Color Palette still does not “save”.
Using myWAhosting (managed hosting) with no access to cpanel to turn on debug mode.
This was the message I got from them:

There seems to be an internal plugin settings issue so we suggest you contact the theme provider and ask them to have a look into this as that will certainly help.

    Suggestions?

    Hi David,

I see that you have deactivated all active plugins (except the “Central Color Palette”) on your website.

And we have tried to save the changes to the “Central Color Palette” plugin but didn’t save the made changes to it.

Also, we just checked the logs on the server, but we did not see any issue from the server-side, so there may be some internal issue with the plugin, so we suggest you contact the plugin provider and ask them to have a look into this as that will certainly help.”

Are you able to check your plugin to see if we can get it to work?
    Thanks, David

The thing is that I haven’t change anything to the saving routine for nearly two years and haven’t received any reports that a palette wasn’t saved. Without access to the files stored on your website’s server I can’t really do much.

What I can do is to provide you with a variation of my plugin that prints out things like the data that get send to the server, checks if the saving routine of the plugin gets triggered, and so on.
