Regarding the second question, I might have not explained myself well.
My site has two versions: english and arabic sites.
But I don’t know how to have the heading of the related posts in both languages.

I think I understand. You mean show Related Posts in the English version and Arabic equivalent in arab version.

Which plugin are you using for languages? You need to check how you can display settings from other plugins as per language. That’s one thing I don’t know yet.
