Try adding this CSS in your theme:

div.Hot_random_image {
  text-align: center;
}

div.Hot_random_image img {
  display: inline;
}

For your website, you can center the image using this CSS:

img.hot-random-image {
    display: block;
    margin: 0 auto;
}
