Centering the blog title

  • Should be easy, but evidently my ten thumbs make it the opposite, ha! So I’ve got the boostrap slider finally going, and under that the blog title on the left and social media links on the right. I’d like the blog title to be centered under the bootstrap, but so far all attempts aren’t working. (Settings, various CSS, etc.)

    Now on a handheld it looks fine, but on a PC it doesn’t, so of course any advice would be great… Thanks in advance!

    @nickpapag @evgenyviner Hey, thank you both very much! As you both will see, it needs some work, so among trying to get the slider pic size WAY down, ha! I’d like to just be able to center the blog title in Orange and keep the social media buttons on the right. (Though I did remove them!)

    Hi. @tav1421, did you consider upgrading? Before I can dive into this entire thing – you are waaaaayyy behind. You are on version 3.8.4, we are on 4.3.1 Your theme will NOT play nice with the current version of WordPress or basically, anything else. Please upgrade ASAP.

    @evgenyviner – Great, just did it! And good to know, as I can’t say any of that surprises me:) Though I’ll have to tinker around again, as the upgrade reset a few things as you can see.

    @evgenyviner – To say the least!:) Which is my way of saying it’s good to be on latest build \ tech! So just to be safe; could the bootstrap \ pics be made smaller? And can the blog tagline be centered at all?

    I also used customized CSS to center the menu and that’s no longer working… Appreciate the help!

    Hey, it’s funny that on a handheld device the bootstrap pics don’t look as big, but they’re still huge on a desktop… And I love how the menus are centered on the phone but not on a computer… So basically would like the sliding pics to be smaller on a PC, and the tagline and menu made centered as well; and believe me my tinkering made it worse before!:)
