Centering in the BLDR theme

I have gone through the CSS and I still cannot get USMP+ shortcode to center on the page. Is there somewhere other than the themes editor that I have to adjust a setting.

at the bottom. I have 2 of them I was testing out.I just want to center the icons in the dead center of my page with the shortcode. Thank you for your help with this.
