Centering background colour on menu item

    Hello

    I have added some CSS code to change the background and font colour for the Get in Touch link on my clients website, however is there a way to centre the background colour so it looks better than it currently does please?

    I tried adding padding, but clearly have the code wrong as having issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated please.
