[Plugin: Mail Subscribe List] Centering a text box and button in a plugin

  • I am a beginner in WordPress. I am wondering if it is possible to edit files related to a plugin?

    On there I am using a plugin called “Mail Subscribe List”, as you can see the email box and “submit” button, both are left aligned. I am wondering if I can center those?
    I tried to change something in one of the PHP files of the plugin but I got this message:
    "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

    I tried this 10 hours ago and just now and it does not work. Any help on this is appreciated.
