    Go to Admin panel => Settings => WP Post Tabs => Miscellaneous => Custom Styles => Enter the below CSS

    @media only screen and (max-width:480px){.wordpress-post-tabs{margin-left:0% !important;}} .wordpress-post-tabs{margin-left:20%;}
