Center some title and image

Sure. How you do it depends on the specific Gravity PDF template you are using, but for Core templates you should be able to add the Custom CSS Class “aligncenter” to the fields you want to center in the Form Editor and Gravity PDF will adjust automatically.

I use focus gravity as you can see : https://www.loom.com/share/990d69ebf40d41dda3dc64ddc1a76e20 and I also use for all my forms Styles & Layouts Gravity Forms.
Gravity PDF does reflect the style of my form and my logo and some title centered are not centered in PDF ?

Thanks for the video. The Styles and Layouts plugin has zero effect on how Gravity PDF will render a document.

To style the PDF, you can add the Custom CSS Class “aligncenter” to the fields you want to center in the PDF. If you want more control over how specific fields are rendered, you can inject your own CSS into the template to style specific fields or create your own custom template.
