    I’m having trouble centering my site, 3ten.ca, in a browser and I’ve tried editing my style.css with the following:

    #page {
        margin-left: auto;
        margin-right: auto;
    }

    It doesn’t work. I’m currently running wordpress 4.1 and Big Feature Theme 1.6.

    How it started – I wanted to add a sub-menu (so I started by adding a page) and then I edited the page by giving it a parent folder. What this did is pull the ‘recipe’ menu from my navigation bar. When I went to drag and drop the ‘recipe’ menu back it would not work. The drag and drop function of my navigation stopped working.

    So, then I tried Google Libraries. Didn’t work. I deactivated all the plugins and nothing changed. I tried a different browser. Nothing.

    I then decided to update my theme. Installed the plugin ‘Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades’ and downloaded the themeforest zip. Uploaded it and all seemed okay. I got my ‘recipe’ menu back and I’m able to edit my navigation bar. I was excited for having figured it out.

    Then, my site is left justified and I can’t fix it (I tried the code above, yet nothing).

    I’ve tried a different browser and it’s still to the left. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins and nothing, still to the left.

    The odd thing, the site looks centered on my laptop (17 inch) and on my husbands 27 inch computer, in Safari, it’s centered, yet none of the pictures are properly aligned (big pictures should fill the width of the container, while small pictures should fit 2, side by side, filling the container). On all the browsers on my computer, 27 inch, the site is left justified.

    I’m feeling overwhelmed and I don’t know where to start. Thank you for you help
