You could add this custom CSS:

.photonic-show-gallery-button { margin: 1em auto; }

You can change 1em to something else depending on how much space you want above or below the button.

Unfortunately that didn’t work. It’s still on the left of the page and not centred.

You forgot to put the . at the beginning of your definition.
