Please try adding the CSS below to the Customizer in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

@media screen and (min-width: 1020px) {
  .primary-navigation ul {
    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
   }
}

On an unrelated issue, it looks like core files in the theme might have been edited, such as the footer.php file.

Any edits made to files will be overwritten if the theme is updated. To prevent this from occurring, a child theme can be used to edit/override template files instead:
