Did you tried margin: 0 auto; ?

yup, I did that and applied it to the #header. It didn’t work

There was a float left on the logo, so I set the float to none, but that didn’t work either

There is no way to do that without custom css. Read this, https://4bzthemes.com/support/topic/logo-size-issue/. For the main navigation, add this css, #access { text-align:center;}
