Center Menu Without Logo Space

Try placing this CSS in Appearance >Theme Options >Advanced Settings >Custom CSS

.kad-primary-nav {
    display: table;
    margin: 0 auto;
}

.kad-header-right {
    width: 100%;
}
.kad-header-left {
    display: none;
}
#nav-main {
    text-align:center;
}
#nav-main .sf-menu li {
    float: none;
    display: inline-block;
}
.kad-primary-nav ul.sf-menu {
    float: none;
}
