center button on user registration

    I changed the button color and font weight with CSS, but I can’t
    center the button.
    How can I do this?

    Estoy tratando de cambiar el color del botón pero no sé cómo hacerlo, como aparece por defecto no se ve nada.

    He visto que lo tienes puesto en color verde, podrías indicarme cómo hacerlo?
