Cell Color based on Content

Hello

I’ve read the documentation on this topic and I understand I have to add the <span> tag to the table to accomplish this. I am using the shortcode to place the table on my page, and I know where and how to place the custom CSS. I just don’t know where to edit the HTML so I can add the span tags.

Any ideas? I know it must be a very simple thing I’m overlooking ??
