CDN with 2 themes

apparently, its not using CDN only with header pictures.

Jetpack Site Accelerator’s image CDN only acts on images in posts and pages, as well as featured images/post thumbnails via the?image_downsize?filter. You can learn more about that here: https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/#how-site-acceleration-works

It sounds like your theme’s header images don’t use one of the following functions, which means Jetpack Site Accelerator cannot work on those images:

• the_post_thumbnail_url
• get_the_post_thumbnail
• get_the_post_thumbnail_url
• wp_get_attachment_image
• wp_get_attachment_image_src

You can continue using Jetpack Site Accelerator, knowing it will not work with your theme’s header images. Or, you can switch to a theme that uses one of the functions listed above for its header images, so that Jetpack Site Accelerator can cache those images.
