CDN Uploader Returns unrendered page

  • Hello folks,

    I have installed w3 total cache on my wordpress site running in multisite mode.
    I am using Azure Storage as CDN provider. The configuration test succeeds but when I want to upload the media library content to the CDN a non rendered window pops up.

    I already tried different setups in my config but nothing works.
    Any idea what could cause this behavior?

    My setup:
    Nginx: 1.10
    PHP: 7.0.9
    Wordpress: 4.6.1 (multisite)
    Azure Storage Plugin: 3.0.1
    W3 Total Cache: 0.9.4.1
