CDN Sync tool not working. Any alternative ?

    CDN Sync Tool isn’t working for self hosted CDN. Is there any alternative ?

    Right now i have to use the CDN tool in W3 Total Cache… that works, but it’s not so great cause I use WP Super Cache to cache my site.

    So I’d like a way (plugin, script, tool, anything) to sync my files.
