CDN provider which is not in the list

I am not quite sure what is the actual question so please let me ask some questions just to clarify this.
In the W3 Total Cache there is a list of the CDN providers which, when selected, you can configure in the W3 Total Cache and connect them accordingly. Different providers have different types of validation and authorization.
If you want to use some CDN provider that is not in the W3 Total Cache list, you can select Generic Mirror as CDN type, and in Performance>CDN settings, add the CDN URL to the Replace hostname with: field, save all settings and purge the cache.

If you are planing to use different plugin for the CDN, make sure that the CDN option is disabled in the W3 Total cache to avoid conflict.

I wrote to support several times – no answer for 3 weeks, I tried to register with other emails, nothing helps. Maybe you faced such a situation before?

Ah, unfortunately, this is something you need to address with Akamai, and I am sorry you are not getting any response, however, I am not sure why this happend.
