CDN not working & bad values at gtmetrix.com

    Hello,
    I have deactivated the plugin since I had to change some css on several pages. Afterwards I activated it again, but obviously the cdn is not working and the values at gtmetrix.com are worse than before. In the meantime I started an account recovery because the access to nitropack.io had been lost. Please help to run the cdn again.

    Thank you for your reaching out, we will be happy to assist!

    From what we are currently seeing, NitroPack is optimizing the website there at the moment, there are 268 and the cache is served by us.
    We also made a test comparison between the optimized and non-optimized versions of your website’s homepage:

    May I ask you to let us know which page exactly you are inspecting and can you please make sure that we are serving the cache for it?

    Hello Nikol,
    many thanks for your answer. I came to the same result yesterday in the late afternoon. Is it possible that it needs some time until the cdn is filled? When I analyzed it at the beginning I could see by the paths of the images that the cdn was not working. Now it is ok. Many thanks & best regards.

    Hello @tom2708 ,

    In order to make sure that NitroPack is optimizing the page, you can check the following:

    1) If the page is optimized via NitroPack Dashboard, under the optimizations tab.

    2) Make sure that the NitroPack header is present

    3) Check the waterfall of GTmetrix if NitroPack is present in the URLs of the resources there.

    You most likely have checked a non-optimized version of the URL you have tested.
