CDN not using new paths for themes/pluginsand upload

    I have installed your plugin.Bought a plan for 1 year.I have the following cdn enabler, cache enabler and fast velocity minify
    cache pages shows old path. I have tried different options but no solution. I have sent mail before. I’m particularly keen to hide theme
    What is the solution for keycdn to show new paths because at the moment, nothing is hidden.
