CDN links and this plugin

I have a CDN serving images and wanted to see what support you have for replacing media in this situation. I’m evaluating this plugin and tried to replace one image but it’s appearing broken where it should display.

I notice instead of using the cdn link it tries to draw the image from the web server. I also see the URL is going into an old upload folder but these are my settings.

Replace the file, use new file name and update all links
Replace the date
Put new Upload in Updated Folder: 2021/10 but its looking under 2020/12 when the original file was uploaded.

Will this plugin work with CDN links?

CDN Provider: Amazon S3
Plugin: WP Offload Media Lite
WordPress Multisite
