CDN – job_application connection

I installed the WP Job Manager plugin along with the summary and jobs application plugins, what I notice is that when someone applies for a job published on my website, the attached file is saved in the “uploads” folder of my installation of wordpress, is it possible for files to be saved to a CDN that my site already manages?
